Are you looking for a location to host your special occasion? Well, we have the location just for you. Community Connection Place offers facility rentals that suits a variety of special occasions including wedding receptions, social, parties, seminars, meetings, banquets, and more.  Furthermore, we are a 501(c) non-profit organization that is here to be in service for our community. All proceeds will continue to support our community and the programs we provide.

  • $75.00/hour (2 Hour Minimum)
  • $65.00/hour (2 hour minimum)
        non-profit groups
  • Standard rental Damage Deposit:
       $200.00 due in full at the time of            application
  • Rental Damage Deposit With Alcohol Service:
       $350.00 due in full at the time of             application. A banquet permit is             required 15 days prior to the event
 and can be obtained online at      https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits
